Nathaniel and Adam are top-notch. After having a little scare of a smell that didn't seem right near in my basement near my electrical panel, they came right over within 24 hours of a call. Luckily, they had a Saturday opening which you don't always get with most companies. I had called several and no one was concerned and wanted to book me a week out. Nathaniel was even on the phone with me to walk me through what it could be even before they came! Then the next morning communication was superb. They checked all my spaces out and went over and beyond to give me peace of mind in my home. You can tell that they love their craft and know how to do it well. They are communicative, friendly, and great people. I can always tell when I feel a safe and trusted family, and this was by far a company I'd call again in the future! Nathan recently installed a front porch ceiling fan for us, on a Saturday morning in very hot weather! Kudos to him because the installation required going through our very hot attic to run an electric cable! He also set up a remote control, so we can turn it off and on from the switch inside our house or the remote. His workmanship and skills were top-notch, not to mention his pleasing personality and engaging manner. He has decades of experience, so he knew exactly what needed to be done. Our kitchen outlets randomly stopped working in the middle of dinner and my husband did all the normal checks to try and fix the issue and nothing was working.
